Installation architecture designed by Pierre Huyghe. Featuring works by Peggy Ahwesh, Alvin Baltrop, James Bidgood, Martha Colburn, Jean Genet, Lisa Kereszi, Bjarne Melgaard, Matthias Müller, Margie Schnibbe, Richard Kornbacher,and Andy Warhol, in addition to vintage “peep show” loops and other ephemera.

The exhibition inspired a subsequent symposium, Pornography in the City, grappling with questions regarding spectatorship, public sex, urban planning, queer sociality, and regulation. Participants included Douglas Crimp, Jeff Escoffier, Dagmar Herzog, William Kornbulm, Bjarne Melgaard, Melissa Ragona, Rachel Kramer Bussel, and Linda Ford.
